"Words are the voice of the heart." - Confucius. This place is for me, and you, to revel in the art of the written word. So pull up that hot pot of tea, coffee, or mulled cider, a comfy chair, a good book, and maybe a cat or two and join my bibliophilia!
Have I reviewed a book that you have read? If so, leave a comment at any time with a link to your review, and I'll add it to my reviews!

Hi, I really like your blog and your reading choices!
PS: About Jewish lit, have you read "The way to the cats"? It's a marvellous book.
stefania - Thanks! I haven't read it yet, but it is on my TBR list. Have you read it?
Yes, I have read it for a university course on Jewish literature. The plot may sound a bit strange because it is the story of an old Israeli woman who is recovering from a broken hip in a nursing home in Tel Aviv. The story is beautifully-written and it manages to be always interesting even if it is set in a closed environment. I strongly recommend it! It's an open window on life in Israel, but it's not a book focused on religion, if you're looking for that. It's interesting to see how is everyday life in Israel and what part religion plays in people's life, if any.
